- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Pour onto a baking sheet into a single layer. Place on center oven rack. Roast for 35-45 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes for even browning.
