Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Meal prep in a flash with this easy roasted brussels sprouts recipe! 


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Pour onto a baking sheet into a single layer. Place on center oven rack. Roast for 35-45 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes for even browning.
