Sauteed grape tomatoes can be used in many ways-- eat it as a side, a topping, or simply eat it with toast!

- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp rosemary, or any of your favorite herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat up olive oil, add in grape tomatoes and let it cook over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until tomatoes start to blister
- Add in garlic and herbs, and cook until tomatoes start to rupture or shrivel
- Add in salt and pepper to taste
