Sauteed Grape Tomatoes

 Sauteed grape tomatoes can be used in many ways-- eat it as a side, a topping, or simply eat it with toast! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, or any of your favorite herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Heat up olive oil, add in grape tomatoes and let it cook over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until tomatoes start to blister
  2. Add in garlic and herbs, and cook until tomatoes start to rupture or shrivel
  3. Add in salt and pepper to taste
