Cantonese Ginger Scallion Sauce

This is such an easy and versatile sauce! Use it on seafood, chicken, or noodles. It's delicious!  

 
Makes ~8 servings


Ingredients:

  • 4oz scallion, chopped 
  • 3oz fresh ginger, minced
  • 10tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4tsp salt 


Directions:

1. Heat cooking oil over high heat. Add ginger and cook until fragrant, about 10-15 seconds. Add scallion and salt. Cook for another 20-30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl to let cool.
