Teriyaki Sauce

 

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens. Let cool and keep in fridge for up to two weeks. Serve over salmon, tofu or chicken.
