Garlicky Tomato Bacon Sandwich

The ingredient combination may be a little old but we swear this combination works! If you don't have naan on hand, pita bread or flat bread works as well. 


Makes 1 sandwich

Ingredients:

  • garlic naan or other flat breads (fresh or frozen) 
  • 4 slices of bacon (pork or turkey) 
  • condensed milk
  • tomato, sliced
Instructions:

1. If using frozen naan, prepare according to directions. We used garlic naan here. If using regular naan, melt butter with chopped garlic and spread onto naan before toasting.

2. Cook 4 slices of bacon until desired crisp. Let cool on paper towel to drain some of the oil. 

3.To assemble sandwich, add sliced tomato and bacon slices onto naan. Drizzle with condensed milk. Serve as open sandwich or fold in half to serve.
