In the summer, I usually avoid turning on the oven since it's already hot enough. These no bake cheesecake jars, definitely is a good dessert to make during these times.

2 x 8 oz jar
Ingredients:
- ¾ pkg (6 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- Fruits, optional
Crust:
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy. Add in condensed milk, mix until well combined and set aside.
2. For crust, combine all ingredients together.
3. Layer crust, batter, and fruits in jar, repeating layers.
