Japanese Egg Salad

 This egg salad is a bit sweeter than your traditional American Egg Salad recipe but that's what makes it so addictive! 


Makes 2-3 servings 

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs, boiled, shelled
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 
  • 2 tsp milk or cream 
  • 2 Tbsp Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise 
  • bread
  • salted butter

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients 
  2. Spread salted butter on bread then add egg salad mixture.
