Garlic Cheese Biscuit Bombs

 This is so quick and easy to make, great for when you're craving something garlicy and cheese

Makes 20

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) roll 10 piece biscuit dough
  • 6 oz block cheese of choice
  • ¼ cup butter; melted
  • 4 cloves garlic; minced
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan 
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix melted butter and garlic in a small bowl, set aside
  3. Mix grated parmesan and parsley in a small bowl, set aside
  4. Cut cheese into 20 cubes, about 1 inch, set aside
  5. Cut each biscuit dough into 2
  6. Flatten dough, place cheese in the center and roll into a ball, make sure there are no cracks
  7. Dip dough in butter, then roll in parmesan mixture
  8. Place on lined pan about 1-2 inches apart. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes
