Makes 4 servings

- 8 oz elbow macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard of your choice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup finely diced celery (about 2 stalks)
- ½ cup finely diced red onion (about ½ of small red onion)
Directions:
- Cook macaroni, drain and set aside
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- In a large bowl, add in macaroni, diced celery, and diced onion. Pour in prepared dressing, Mix until well combined
