
- 1 small head cauliflower; chopped
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz sauce of choice
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of choice
Directions:
- Pulse cauliflower in food processor

- Place in steamer and steam for 15 minutes
- Set aside until cool
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Using a cheese cloth, or something similar, squeeze out as much water as you can
- Mix all ingredients in with cauliflower until well blended
- Press into a disc on lined baking sheet
- Bake at 450°F for 15- 20 mins, until slightly browned on the edges

- Top with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings and bake for additional 10 minutes
