Crab Rangoon


Makes 25-30

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 3-4 sticks imitation crab meat, or 3-4 oz crab meat (more or less as desired)
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Wonton wrappers




Directions:

1. Finely chop imitation crab meat. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, sugar, and salt in a bowl until well blended


2. Spoon about 1 tbsp of filling onto center of a wonton wrappers, wrap as desired. 

        

3. Deep fry until golden or cook in air fryer at 400°for 8-10 mins until golden
