Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup old fashion oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Topping of choice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in air tight container
2. Leave in fridge for overnight, or even for 2 nights
3. On the day of, you can add any topping of your choice, whether it is trail mix, fruits, get creative! Avoid acidic fruits such as pineapple, oranges, etc since it causes the milk to become rancid.
You can also add other flavorings such as condensed milk, honey, peanut butter.
