Pickled Red Onion

 Leave it in the fridge and enjoy it whenever!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small red onion


Directions:
1. Slice red onion into desired size
2. Mix everything in a container
3. Refrigerate for 2-3 days, and it will be ready!
