Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ head garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning


Directions:

1. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each pork chop

2. Cook pork chop on lightly oiled pan, until both sides are browned and meat is fully cooked through

3. Remove pork chops and set aside

4. Clean pan and bring it back on stove

5. Heat up 2 tbsp vegetable oil, cook garlic until golden and aromatic

6. Add in honey, water, vinegar, and red pepper flakes, stir constantly until thickened

7. Add pork chops to sauce and coat both sides.
