Easy Egg Tofu

Egg tofu is not the same as "regular" tofu, it's made with a blend of soy and eggs. It has a very soft and smooth texture. It comes in tubes instead of rectangular containers.

Growing up I loved eating tofu, not sure why, but I wanted it almost everyday. I always requested for my mom to make me a dish of tofu, and to save time, she would make these quick and easy egg tofu for me to pair with rice. Hope you'll like them too!
