Makes ~2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, skinned

- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp water
- 1 Tbsp lemongrass powder
Nuoc cham sauce ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add all ingredients together and let marinade overnight in the fridge. In a separate small bowl, prepare nuoc cham sauce by mixing all ingredients. Store in fridge until use.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat with cooking oil and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
3. Serve with noodles or rice with nuoc cham sauce and vegetables such as cucumbers, shredded lettuce and bean sprouts. If serving on toasted bread, serve without nuoc cham sauce.
