Yield: about two small bowls or 4 mini jars (as shown in photo)

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- 3 egg whites
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until combined.
2. Stir in milk until combined.
3. Pour into desired molds/jars.
4. Steam on low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Let cool in steamer for another 15 minutes before opening lid.
5. Serve warm or chilled.
Additional Tips:
- If the above recipe is not sweet enough, add more sugar or add a fruit topping
- If you want a creamier taste, use whole-fat milk or mix with a little bit half and half or cream
- If using lactaid milk, less sugar may be needed as it is sweeter in taste than regular milk
