Bulgogi

Makes 4 servings:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef 
  • ½ small onion; finely diced 
  • 4 cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 stalk scallion; chopped
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 small carrot; shredded

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes
  3. Pan-fry or grill when ready
  4. Serve with rice
