
Makes 4 servings:
Ingredients:- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- ½ small onion; finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic; minced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 stalk scallion; chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small carrot; shredded
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes
- Pan-fry or grill when ready
- Serve with rice
