Makes 3 servings
Ingredients:
- ½ lb chicken; sliced
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 pack (16 oz) white udon
- ¼ onion; sliced
- ½ small carrot; shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp dashi powder
- 1½ tsp sugar
- Pinch of white pepper
Directions:
- Sprinkle pinch of salt and black pepper on meat, set aside
- Soak noodles in warm water until separated. Drain and set aside
- Heat ~1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat
- Add in onions and meat. Cook until meat is half cooked
- Add in carrots, cook until soft
- Add in rest of ingredients. Stir fry until well combined
