Lemon Chicken

 Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

    - 1 lb chicken breast
    - 1 egg yolk
    - ½ tbsp corn starch
    - ½ tbsp soy sauce
    - ½ tsp salt

Coating:

    - 4 tbsp corn starch
    - 2 tbsp flour

Sauce:

    - 2 lemons
    - ½ cup water
    - 2 tbsp sugar
    - ½ tsp corn starch
    - ½ tsp salt 


Directions: 

1. Wash and pat chicken breast dry. Cut into thin slices

2. Marinate chicken with egg yolk, ½ tbsp corn starch, soy sauce, and salt 

3. Coat chicken with 4 tbsp corn starch and flour mixture. 

4. Deep fry until golden & fully cooked through. Set aside. 

5. Mix juice of 1 lemon, water, sugar, ½ tsp corn starch, and ½ tsp salt in a pot and bring to a boil 

6. Mix chicken with sauce

7. Cut last lemon into slices, use as garnish
